Q: Why don't see my country listed as an eligible country?
A: When you sell a design on E-Shirt, we pay you the mark-up that you set.  Payment to store owners in countries outside the United States is made using Paypal.com.  Because of this, we are limited to the countries that Paypal supports.  As they add new countries, so will we.  If you want to put designs on the site, but you don't care about making money, then just set the country to any of the supported countries, and continue with your setup.

Q: How much money do I make per sale?
A: This is up to you. E-Shirt.com provides a wholesale price (See the wholesale price chart below). You mark-up the shirt up from the wholesale price. The mark-up you set will be your profit per item sold. You mark-up your shirt in the "Manage Designs" feature of your store after you upload your design.

Q: What is the wholesale price?
A: The wholesale price varies by product (See the wholesale price chart below). The wholesale price is the price we offer the products to you before you mark them up for a profit. The wholesale price covers our costs of managing the website, customer support, credit card billing, programming, advertising and more.

Q: Why have some of my orders been cancelled?
A: Most likely your design did not meet our printing policy or a customer requested their order be canceled or refunded.

Q: What the difference between a basic and advanced store?
A: With a basic store, you can customize the colors, the banner at the top of the screen and the homepage URL. With an advanced store, you can customize the entire look and feel of the page through our advanced page editor.

This site is intended for family based creative fun. We recognize that the definition of "offensive" and "demeaning" will vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to not print any apparel deemed by us to be offensive or demeaning. We appreciate your help and understanding. This policy is meant to curtail recent abuses in "Design Online!" service.

Example: We will not print the word "F--k" or body parts that would normally be covered by a swim suit. Swim suits and symbols are most often acceptable.

Q: How do I add text to my design?
A: Designs are uploaded as .gif, .jpg, or .png formats. If you wish to include text as part of your design, please use a graphic editor to add text to your design before uploading your image.
